MagicRooty Affogato – summer in a cup

Love ice cream and MagicRooty? Then you have to try MagicRooty Affogato – a perfect treat that brings both together! :)

Ingredients:

  • 1 serving of MagicRooty + 150–200 ml hot water
  • 0.5 dcl hot oat milk
  • 1–2 scoops of vegan vanilla ice cream
  • Grated dark chocolate (for topping)
  • Almond flakes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare MagicRooty – mix one serving with 150–200 ml of hot water and add about 0.5 dcl of hot oat milk.
  2. Place 1–2 scoops of vegan vanilla ice cream into a cup or glass.
  3. Slowly pour the prepared MagicRooty over the ice cream. It will start to melt slightly, creating a creamy, delicious combo.
  4. Sprinkle with grated dark chocolate and, if you like, top with almond flakes for a crunchy twist.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy this refreshing summer drink.
  6. Magic tip: For an extra fresh touch, garnish your MagicRooty Affogato with a few fresh raspberries or strawberries.
