We source our powerful natural ingredients from around the world, wherever they grow best. The final blend is then crafted in Slovenia in a certified production facility, and shipped directly from our central warehouse — also in Slovenia.

Include your full name, company details (name, address, VAT number), and the desired products with quantities, so we can prepare the invoice. Yes, customers are typically responsible for covering return shipping costs. However, if there is an error with the product or if you received the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping expenses.

Once your returned package is delivered and processed at our warehouse, we will issue a refund (if agreed upon via email).

Not all products are eligible for return. You can only return the Rooties — and only under certain conditions.

Products can be returned within 14 days if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with the receipt. However, to ensure everyone has a chance to try our Rooties, we accept returns of already opened Rooty packages within 30 days of purchase.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Subscription orders are not eligible for returns, refunds, or cancellations after they have been charged, following your initial order. For larger orders (more than one item), we will only refund the cost of one item. Other products in our store (frothers, mugs, bags, etc.) or orders over €70 are not eligible for return.

Refund requests made more than 30 days after receiving your initial order will not be accepted. We also reserve the right to decline any refund request if there is a suspicion of misuse.

Our RootyFrother comes with a 1-year warranty. If your RootyFrother has stopped working or is not charging as it should, please send us a video showing the issue. The video should clearly demonstrate how you are charging the RootyFrother and attempting to turn it on.
