How does MagicRooty taste?
MagicRooty Raw Cacao (original formula) has the taste of pure cacao and contains no sweeteners. 

MagicRooty Choco Cinnamon offers a sweeter flavor of cacao/chocolate combined with cinnamon and includes added date sugar.

How will MagicRooty make you feel?

How much should I drink and when?

Does MagicRooty contain any “magic” mushrooms?
Well, we believe that all compounds in MagicRooty are magical – but no, if you’re referring to you-know-which-mushrooms, they are not part of Rooty’s ingredient list.
How to prepare MagicRooty?
Pour 1 level measuring spoon (just below the edge) of MagicRooty, included in the packet, into your favorite mug. Add 100-150 ml of hot water. Mix in a splash of your favorite milk or sweetener. Stir well. You can also add other ingredients if you like.

The most popular way to prepare it right now is with a touch of oat milk, but you can also add cinnamon, vanilla, or a sweetener. Yum, right? :) 
Can I take it daily?
Absolutely! You can enjoy MagicRooty every day—we sure do, and we love it! Just like with any daily supplement, we suggest cycling: try 6 days on, 1 day off, or take a week off after 3 months of regular daily use.

Although the supplement is safe for athletes, in rare cases, Rhodiola rosea may cause inaccurate results in certain types of tests. Therefore, we recommend consulting relevant experts regarding specific testing protocols before use.

I’d like to manage/pause/cancel my subscription. How can I do that?
You can easily manage, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime through your account on our website. Simply follow the instructions here.
I can’t reset my password to log in to my account on the website. / I can’t log in to my account on the website, even though I’ve already made a purchase.
If you’re unable to log in to your account on our website or don’t receive an email to reset your password, it’s likely that you haven’t created an account yet. Accounts are not created automatically with an order—you need to set a password.

You can create your password here using the same email address you used when placing your order. Once your account is created, all past orders will be automatically linked to it, allowing you to manage orders, subscriptions, and access loyalty program benefits.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Absolutely! You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account. Just follow the instructions here.

Orders & invoices

How can I place a MagicRooty order for my business?
If you’d like to receive an invoice addressed to your business, please contact us at we@feelrooty.com. Include your full name, company details (name, address, VAT number), and the desired products with quantities, so we can prepare the invoice. Once payment is received, we’ll ship the package to your specified address.

Please note that invoices for businesses are not available for orders placed through our online store.
I didn’t receive an invoice in my package. What should I do?
To reduce paper usage, we don’t include printed invoices with orders. You’ll receive your invoice via email along with the tracking link once your package is shipped. If you don’t receive it, please check your spam or Promotions folder. If it’s not there, contact us at we@feelrooty.com, and we’ll resend it to you.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to make changes to your order, such as updating the address, phone number, or products, please reach out to us at we@feelrooty.com, and we’ll gladly assist you. This is possible as long as your package hasn’t been processed in our warehouse.

If you still wish to cancel your order, this can only be done if it hasn’t yet been processed in our warehouse. Since we strive to deliver products to you as quickly as possible, the processing happens very fast.

To cancel your order, please email us at we@feelrooty.com with your order number. Include "Order cancellation” # [Order Number]" in the email subject line. We’ll respond within a few hours (during business hours on weekdays) to let you know if the cancellation was successful.
Can I change my order?
We aim to get products to you as quickly as possible, so processing begins almost immediately. You can only change your order if it hasn’t yet been processed in the warehouse. Email us at we@feelrooty.com with your order number and details about what you’d like to change. We’ll get back to you within a few hours (during business hours on weekdays) to confirm if the change was successful.
Can I change the delivery address for my order?
Changes to your order are only possible if the order hasn’t been processed in the warehouse. If it has already been processed, unfortunately, changes are not possible. However, you can update the delivery address directly with the courier after receiving the tracking link.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email for my order. What should I do?
We sincerely apologize for this. We take great care when processing and packing orders, but mistakes can happen. If you didn’t receive all the items you ordered, please contact us at we@feelrooty.com and include the following information:

Your order number (found at the top of your confirmation email, typically in the format #0000). If you can’t find it, please provide your full name, the email address used for the order, and your delivery address so we can locate your order.
A photo of the package you received.

Once we receive your email, we’ll investigate the issue in our warehouse and get back to you as soon as possible. All our products are scanned before packing, so we have precise records of what was included in each package. If an item was indeed missing, we’ll resolve it promptly.

What payment methods do you offer?
In our online store, we offer the following payment methods:

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
If the product is in stock, we will ship your package within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to monitor its progress. Please note that we don’t process orders on weekends or holidays, and there may be delays during high-volume periods like holidays.

Estimated delivery times:
  • EU: 2–7 business days
  • UK: 7–9 business days
  • US: 2–3 weeks
Which courier service do you use?
For speedy delivery, we collaborate with various courier services such as GLS, Packeta, Post of Slovenia, and others, depending on the destination country.
Will I receive a tracking number for my package?
Yes, as soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor its status.

Loyalty program

How to redeem Magic Points and benefits from our loyalty program?
Log in to your account on our website HERE. If you didn’t create an account or set a password when placing your order, you can create one by clicking the "Sign up" button. All past orders will automatically link to your account (important: use the same email address you used for your order).
  • Click on “Loyalty Program” in the top menu, and a window will open in the bottom-right corner of the page.
  • Here, you’ll see your Magic Points balance. In the “Your rewards” section, you can access discount codes earned by collecting enough points or by referring a friend to MagicRooty, who makes a purchase using your referral link.
Magic Points can be earned in various ways, which are described in the “Ways to earn Magic points” section.

How to spend Magic Points? You can find more information in the “Ways to redeem Magic points” section.
  • For every 100 Magic points, you can redeem a €10 discount on purchases over €20 in our online store.
Go to the “Your rewards” section, where you’ll find a €10 discount code. Copy and paste it into the cart during your next purchase, or apply it to your next subscription order in your account. For more information about managing subscriptions, click here.
How does the referral system work?
For every successful referral (where a friend makes a purchase on our website using your referral link), both you and your friend will receive a 20% discount on your next order. For more details about how the referral system works, click here.

Returns & refund 

What are the return and refund policies?

Do I need to pay for return shipping?
Yes, customers are typically responsible for covering return shipping costs. However, if there is an error with the product or if you received the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping expenses.
Will I receive confirmation that my return has been received?
Once your returned package is delivered and processed at our warehouse, we will issue a refund (if agreed upon via email).
Can I return any product from your online store?
No, not all products are eligible for return.

You can only return MagicRooty, but under certain conditions. You can find all the details about return policies here.
Can I return a product that has already been used?
Products can be returned within 14 days if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with the receipt. However, to ensure everyone has a chance to try our MagicRooty, we accept returns of already opened MagicRooty packages within 60 days of purchase. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Subscription orders are not eligible for returns, refunds, or cancellations after they have been charged, following your initial order. For larger orders (more than one item), we will only refund the cost of one item. Other products in our store (frothers, mugs, bags, etc.) or orders over €70 are not eligible for return.

Refund requests made more than 60 days after receiving your initial order will not be accepted. We also reserve the right to decline any refund request if there is a suspicion of misuse.

My RootyFrother has stopped working. What can I do?
Our RootyFrother comes with a 1-year warranty. If your RootyFrother has stopped working or is not charging as it should, please send us a video showing the issue. The video should clearly demonstrate how you are charging the RootyFrother and attempting to turn it on. Send the video to we@feelrooty.com.

Once we review the video, we’ll email you with the next steps.
