Spela Bednjanic
Soft, fudgy little bites - perfect as a snack or whenever you need an energy boost.
Ingredients (makes 8–10 bites):
85 g rolled oats
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
2 tbsp syrup (agave, maple, or similar)
2 heaped tbsp yogurt
2 tbsp cacao powder
1 level scoop MagicRooty + 50 ml water
a pinch of salt
Instructions:
Blend the oats into a fine flour.
In a large bowl, combine with the protein powder, yogurt, syrup, a pinch of salt, and cacao powder.
In a small cup, dissolve the MagicRooty in 50 ml of hot (not boiling) water, then stir it into the mixture.
Shape into balls and roll in cacao powder.
Serve with yogurt.
