Week 1: December 11–15 – Ritual for a Magical Morning
Start your day with energy and clarity!

Incorporate MagicRooty into your morning routine and create a calming ritual for yourself. The goal is to reduce morning stress and start your day with steady energy.

Challenge:
  • Every morning, prepare MagicRooty in your favorite way and spend 10 minutes journaling or visualizing your day. Use THIS TEMPLATE  we’ve prepared with daily journaling prompts (you can choose between two) :)
  • Take a 15-minute walk in nature.

Week 2: December 16–22 – Creative Detox
Reconnect with yourself – create without distractions.

Challenge:
Dedicate 20 minutes daily to an "analog" activity, such as drawing, writing, crafting ornaments, or reading a book.

Suggested challenge:
Draw, write, or craft something that represents the holiday season to you.

Week 3: December 23–29 – Time for Calm and Reflection
Make a calm mind your superpower

The holidays can often bring stress. This week is all about calming your thoughts and reflecting.

Challenges:
  • Practice breathing techniques (e.g., the 4-7-8 technique) or gentle stretching for 10 minutes daily.
  • Each evening, write down three things you’re grateful for that day.
Week 4: December 30–January 5 – Vision for 2025
Set the foundation for a magical 2025

The end of the year is the perfect time to focus on your vision for the future. This week is all about setting personal goals.

Challenges:
  • Reflect on the year: What did you learn in 2024? Which habit supported you the most? What habit do you want to change?
  • Write down your goals for 2025.
  • Set one main goal for January 2025 and outline the first steps to achieve it.
