How to manage your subscription on our website
1. Create or log in to your account
Note: If you didn’t create an account during your first purchase, click “Sign up” and set up your account. Your account isn’t created automatically with your first order. You’ll need to choose a password.
If you try resetting your password but don’t receive an email, it means your account hasn’t been created yet. Use the “Sign up” button to set it up. Once your account is created, all past orders will automatically sync to it.
2. What you’ll find in your account:
- Orders: View your order history.
- Addresses: Update your delivery address.
- My subscriptions: Review and edit your subscription.
- Log out: Exit your account.
3. Managing Your Subscription
In the My subscriptions section, you can:
- Pause subscription: Temporarily pause your subscription.
- Cancel subscription: End your subscription.
- Edit subscription: Access detailed options like applying discount codes, changing delivery frequency, adding products etc.
4. Subscription details
Click More Information to see:
- Info about your next automatic order.
- Schedule of renewal orders.
- History of past orders.
5. Add extra products to your next order
Use the “Add to Subscription” or “One-Time Purchase” buttons directly below your chosen product.
6. Adjust quantity of MagicRooty packages
Click + or - sign to change the quantity of products for the next renewal order.
7. Skip your next order
Example - To skip the order scheduled for January 6, 2025:
- Click Skip Order and confirm.
Your next scheduled order (e.g., February 6, 2025) will remain unaffected.
8. Change delivery frequency
- Click “Edit frequency”
- Enter the number of days between shipments (e.g., 33 or 50 days).
- Click Update.
9. Apply a discount code
- Enter the discount code in the field provided “Add a discount code”
- Click Confirm.
Note: Only one discount code can be used at a time.
10. Update your shipping address
- Go to the “Product shipping info” section.
- Click Edit, make changes, and save.
11. Change the product in your subscription
- Click “Swap Product” under the current chosen product.
- Confirm your choice. Your next delivery will include the updated product.
